As a qualified personal trainer, I work with clients on a 1:1 basis to build a personal exercise and nutrition plan tailored to their needs. I also work with couples or friends, if you feel intimidated at the thought of training on your own.
As a PT, and having started my own workout journey, I understand that a gym environment can feel intimidating. That is why I can offer at-home or online training as well as gym based sessions. At-home training has proven very popular with a lot of clients as they feel more relaxed.
Personal training isn’t just about paying someone to motivate you. A good PT will take the time to carefully construct an exercise plan that fits into your lifestyle, whether that’s to help you lose weight, train for a specific event, or master a new skill. I also offer nutrition plans built into many of my packages, which ensures you are eating according to your goals. I love food. Really love it. My nutrition plans are easy to follow and always ensure you get to enjoy a variety of food across all food groups- and lots of it.
