Expert coaching:

I’m Becky, a StrongFirst Level 2 qualified coach in hard-style kettlebell training. My supportive coaching ensures you master key kettlebell moves safely and effectively.

Small group sizes:

Every class is kept small so I can give you personalised guidance and help you make consistent progress.

Inclusive atmosphere:

Whether you’re a total beginner or have kettlebell experience, you’ll feel welcomed and supported. No prior experience is needed!

Mondays & Wednesdays: 6:30-7:30 PM
Saturdays: 8-9 AM

Worle Community Centre, just off Worle High Street
