Online coaching is the perfect option for those who are unable to commit to a regular timed session each week. It is also a more financially viable option for a lot of people. You still get all the expertise, motivation and direction I afford all my PT clients, but you’re able to work on the programme in your own time.
Online PT consists of the following:
- Monthly personalised, fully tailored programme for you to follow (gym setting or at home)
- Monthly half hour 1:1 session with me to walk through the programme and exercises
- Nutritional guidance
- Weekly check-in (via whatsapp)
- Monthly measurement, picture and weight progress update
- Full personal support whenever needed (via whatsapp)
